Yes. Although my home base in Florida has fewer unions as a rule, over 3 years with strong unions involved at Harley-Davidson meant their buy-in as well as the senior leadership team were critical. There are times when both groups – the union and the senior corporate leaders come together to understand each others’ point of view in the workshop! It happened with the MBTI results seeing that the two groups were alike in some ways and very opposite in others!
